Highlights

• This tour includes both pickup and drop off times as well. Your scheduled pick-up time will be met within 30 minutes. Any changes that arise will be communicated via email.
• Due to Summer conditions, your pick-up time may be altered one hour earlier and you will be informed in advance.
• Due to high volumes of congestion at Rove Marina and Wyndham the Dubai Marina during pickup times, we advise arriving at Stella Di Mare Hotel instead. Here, a smooth pick-up experience awaits within a couple of minutes' walk from here.
• Participants must be 16 or over and possess at least some understanding of driving to participate. Any participants under 16 years must be supervised by an adult; children younger than 14 cannot join this tour.
• Put on loose clothing during summer and long-sleeved coats during winter for optimal performance.
• Pregnant women, or those suffering from neck or back discomfort, heart issues, or any other medical conditions aren't permitted to take part in these competitions.
• Quad biking is entirely the responsibility of each cyclist; listening and following instructions from their Captain is highly advised. damages, injuries or objects lost on tour aren't insured so all participants must sign an indemnity agreement prior to embarking on their tour.
• No expensive items should be brought, as Wetravel cannot be held liable if anything gets lost during your journey. In such an instance, however, our staff will do what they can to assist.
• WeTravels accepts no responsibility for any losses, damages, injuries, accidents or deaths sustained during any activity operated by us or an activity operator.
• This includes quad bike rides of around 60 minutes each that last around six hours total. WeTravel Travels does not assume any legal liability arising out of such losses during or subsequent to any contract with them or such activity operator(s).
• Be sure to carry both health and travel insurance policies when participating in any physical activities, as your belongings will fall under your responsibility throughout.
• Be wary and accept potential dangers associated with certain activities; take responsibility for ensuring you're both physically and mentally capable of undertaking each specific task.
• Tour and activity duration is predetermined, however the departure time could be affected by travel delays. Based on our experience, up to 30% of our tours can be delayed between 30 - 45 minutes beyond their originally stated start times; so it is wise to plan your journey in advance.
• This tour is not wheelchair accessible. We suggest purchasing international travel insurance as self-driving poses high risks that are only covered by your policy provider.
• Self-driving quad biking is an activity undertaken at your own risk; no insurance provided by the company covers it.
• WeTravels does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, accident or death that you or any other person may sustain as a result of our activities or any contract between us and you/the activity provider.
• Therefore, comprehensive health and travel insurance are advised; personal belongings remain at your own risk during every exercise session and activities associated with them should they present risks that need to be managed responsibly by each participant individually. You are aware and accept risks and dangers associated with certain activities and must ensure you are physically and mentally capable to participate.
• Any individual between 16 and 55 years of age may use ATVs. Riders aged 6 or over between the ages of 15 must be in the company of an adult while using them; children aged 5 years old or above are strictly not allowed on an ATV ride.
• Self-riding is not covered by insurance and any injuries or accidents sustained as a result are solely the responsibility of passengers and riders. Users must cover any damages caused by ATVs or buggies in use.
• Drivers of buggy/ATV vehicles are responsible for any injuries they cause to themselves or third parties as a result of using these vehicles.
